Carmichael Capital is an acquisition vehicle for investing in niche, IP rich engineering and technology businesses with international growth potential. Key end markets are Aerospace, Defence, Industrials and Business Services. We're looking for businesses with an enterprise value of £3m-£30m, that would benefit from a change of ownership. Investee companies will benefit from the strategic and operational skills of the founders.

Investment capital is sourced from high net worth individuals, family offices and overseas investors. Carmichael Capital is a long term, global investor.
